At Free to Feel, healing is approached holistically—honoring the deep connection between body, mind, emotions, and spirit. This is a space where your nervous system, your story, and your soul are all invited into the process of restoration.

Founder Stephanie Kollmar brings both professional training and personal experience as a trauma survivor to her work. Currently completing a certification in Trauma Counselling,  as a certified Massage Therapist, Stephanie offers trauma-informed, somatic-based support with a compassionate, faith-rooted approach grounded in real-life transformation.

Her sessions draw from somatic therapy practices that help the body release stored stress and trauma, making space for peace, clarity, and deeper connection. Every tool and practice she shares has been shaped by her own journey—one of pain, resilience, and hope.

What to Expect

Free to Feel offers personalized therapy sessions designed to support your healing journey with compassion, embodiment, and care. Grounded in somatic therapy, these sessions gently guide you back into connection with your body, where lasting healing begins.

Using practices like intentional movement, breathwork, sound vibration, prayer, massage, and nervous system regulation, we help you safely release the imprint of painful experiences stored in the body.

Our goal is to support you in cultivating a deeper sense of harmony, safety, and presence—so you can live from a place of peace, freedom, and purpose.
